Food & Wine: What Am I Drinking Today?

This was taken back in July, but it still works now, with the lovely late summer/early fall weather Stresa has been having. My classic, simple Prosecco, in one of my favorite aperitivo seats in town. Buscion, at the corner of via Principessa Margherita and via Cavour. If you are lucky you can get a seat outside. Order your favorite aperitivo, or let Massimo suggest a wine for you. Sit with your back against the glass window of Buscion. Enjoy a plate of little stuzzichini, little appetizers. Watch the people walk by. Follow these simple rules for a very successful aperitivo. And then repeat another day.
