Here's the information on 2019 dates and times for these attractions:

The Borromees properties Isola Bella palace and gardens, Isola Madre, Parco Pallavicino, and la Rocca Angera will be open from March 22 until October 20, 2019 (November 3 for Pallavicino). The hours of operation will be from 9 am until 5:30 pm (last admission). Villa Taranto will reopen March 15, 2019, and will close its season on November 3, 2019. Get more information on the website: Villa Taranto  

Along with these reopenings, the frequency of the Lago Navigazione ferries will increase, to better accommodate visitors, including the "Lago Maggiore Express" circular tour that combines a long, leisurely boat ride with the train ride through the Italian and Swiss Alps.
